Cancellation Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@sonskriti.com or via your account dashboard.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel after shipment, you may initiate a return upon receipt as per our return policy.
Return & Refund Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including personalized products, final sale items, and opened or used items (for hygiene reasons), are not eligible for return.
- Damage or Defect Claims: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refund Confirmation: Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
